Shipping
- At this time we only ship to North America.
- All orders $75 and up ship free. For orders less than $75, charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will see the cost during check out before confirming your order.
- Most orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Some larger orders will ship via UPS.
- Shipping estimates are from the time of shipping, not always the same time that your order is placed. We ship orders within 2-3 business days.
- In the very rare case that an item breaks during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported along with photos within 3 days of package delivery.
- We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail - but we will always do our best to make sure you're happy and find a resolution. If your package is marked delivered but you have not yet received, you need to reach out to the shipping provider. You should provide them your tracking number and let them know you did not receive your package even though the status of your tracking says delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
